The Heat Wave

It was a lot warmer yesterday, but now, instead of deep snowbanks to get lost in, there's deep, cold puddles to get lost in! There's still no good place to poop!

Too Much Snow

We know it's an old story, but there's too much snow, and it's too deep for our little paws, and all our other parts, too. When you have the whole lawn to choose a place to poop from, life is good. However, lately we've just been having the same old tiny corner in front of the back porch. It just isn't healthy to poop in the same vicinity more than once every couple of days. Please take some of this awful snow away!

Daddy Can't Sing

Dickens here. Daddy started out trying to sing Tommy James and The Shondells' Greatest Hits, but didn't get too far. Mommy says that my vocal pleas for attention earn me the nickname "Moany Groany." So, Daddy was singing "Moany Groany" instead of "Mony Mony," and when he came back inside, he was singing, "My doggie does the moany groany." I'm glad he thinks he's funny, because nobody else would.

More Snow

Oh boy! It's snowing again! Bob really likes to run around in the snow, especially when he lunges back towards the house, saying, "come on, Daddy! We've had enough fun! Let's go back inside, where it's warm, and there's a kitty!"
Neither of us likes having our sweaters taken off, especially Bob, because he doesn't like to bend his legs, so Daddy pretty much ends up lifting him up off the floor before his sweater is removed.

We're Still Here!

What with everything and all, Daddy seems to have been too busy feeding us and taking us out to pee and poop, that he's entirely forgotten to let us update our blog. So, here we are finally again! It was very cold this morning, so Daddy put our sweaters on for us, brought us out, and, even though we were waddling around holding up first this leg and then the other, he wouldn't let us come back in until we both pooped!
Sorry that we can't think of anything more exciting than this to say after eleven months!
