Getting Our Haircuts

Bob here. Mommy took Dickens and me to the groomer lady to get our haircuts. I definitely needed a haircut, because it was getting so that I'd have to tip my head up just to see through or around all the fur that was growing down over my eyes. Daddy said I was starting to look like Brian Jones or Keith Relf or some guy named Michael Clarke in the Byrds. Sometimes Daddy goes on, and nobody knows what he's babbling about. Anyway, after we got baths and haircuts, the groomer lady put these little bandanas on us that looked like American flags. The only downside to the whole thing is that now that we're clean, we don't smell like dogs. That never lasts long, fortunately!
